Grooming Reservations/Payments for Fall Conformation Show

To reserve a grooming spot you must:
1) Fill this Grooming Reservation Form out and send it
2) Make payment below:

After you have sent the form above and see the green message, click one of the two grooming sizes below and add the number of spaces you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, you may add other items to your cart. FINISH by locating the shopping cart icon in the menu to finish the payment process. If you don’t get an emailed receipt, you haven’t completed the payment process!

4. Click Continue again
5. Add Credit or debit card information

The following rules apply when reserving grooming space.
1. Regular grooming spaces are 5′ x 10′, located in the adjoining room. All space sizes are approximate.
2. Power will be available for each reserved spot.
3. Reservations are online only, and must be accompanied by payment by PayPal or credit/debit card. No checks will be accepted.
4. Reservations are two days. No partial reservations will be accepted. No special requests will be fulfilled. If you want to groom with someone in particular, please purchase the grooming together with one purchase.
5. No refunds.
6. On the form, select “yes” or “no” if you are attending both the Tri-State Kennel Club Fall Show & the Ozark Mountain Fall Classic Shows. If the box is not marked, you may not have the grooming spot.
7. Set up begins at 2:00 PM on Friday.
8. Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their grooming area reasonably cleaned and picked up. Failure to clean up after your dogs may result in an Event Committee Hearing.
9. Free grooming will be available on a first come, first served basis. Electricity is not guaranteed.
10. The club RESERVES the right to restrict the number of grooming tables & to rearrange the grooming area or individual set ups if additional space is needed for late arriving exhibitors. (THIS INCLUDES MOVING CRATES or OTHER EQUIPMENT). All electrical cords must be taped down. Absolutely no use of Duct Tape. If you need to tape down cords, please use painters tape. NO CORDS ACROSS AISLES. No roping off or saving of space.
11. Reservations will be taken on a first received basis starting September 15, 2026 @ 8:00 A.M. .DEADLINE WILL BE October 18, 2026 or until sold out.
12. Ready ring will be available for Toy breeds next to the Toy Ring. Any crates/tables ringside must be removed immediately after breed judging.
